the waters off of seattle washington and at hood canal are dying and so is sea life very rapidly. but the powers that be, i.e. state board of ecology, governors office, refuse to acknowledge the truth, what is wrong with government? do these people climb out from under some rock and get these positions just to draw a paycheck ??? the state of washington and the federal government better come down hard on polluters and come up with a plan, or it's going to be too late...Jacques Cousteau, who had been in probably every body of water in the world, said about 25 yrs. ago that " Even if people stopped polluting the water right this minute, it would be too late"...that is a sad future to contemplate....
